Flowers can inspire anyone that they are sent to. When a woman gets a bouquet delivery on a holiday or for the day of her birth, she is motivated with love to overlook any transgression such as a word said in anger. In the floral industry the rose is the sign of romance. In February, when the largest holiday for florists arrives, rose orders will be found to have increased up to ten fold. This is the time when men compete to see who can send the best item to their lady love. The other occasion when you see roses is for the annual wedding anniversary.

Flowers are used when celebrating a wedding. Every person in the party of the wedding will typically wear or carry a floral piece. The gown worn by the bride is accented by her bouquet. Mothers of the wedding couple are shown honor as a corsage is given to them to be worn during the ceremony. The reception area and the area of the wedding are both typically decorated with floral arrangements.

The arrival of a baby is another time when arrangements are sent. In the maternity ward you will see that there are blue and pink arrangements everywhere. In December you will find various firs, pine or spruce decorating the arrangements.

Floral arrangements come in an array of colors and are thought by many as being pretty. They are sent to people who are in the hospital and sick to cheer them up. They seem to lift the spirits of those that are ill. You will find them all through the hospital in the rooms of patients.

Flowers are bound to bring a smile to your face.
